Job summary

Amteck is hiring for a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation systems projects. The role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers across planning, installation, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in PM for BMS/EPMS with strong leadership, communication skills, and a background in systems like Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Metasys.

Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 3-5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Education/ Certifications: Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and meetings.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project handover with documentation.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
