Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects—from design through handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant results.

The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing FAT/SAT/IST testing, and overseeing budgets, change orders, and safety compliance across data centers and facilities. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms and integration with HVAC, lighting, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage detailed schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with other systems.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks, ensure safety compliance, and manage quality assurance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST testing and project handover with as-built docs.
• Oversee project financials, change orders, and billing support.
