Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, overseeing design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover across multiple facilities. This role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating diverse stakeholders to meet time, budget and safety goals.

You will manage project planning, risk, quality, and financials, perform FAT, SAT, and IST, and ensure documentation and operations handover.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and planning skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Technical Oversight: Review BMS design, installation, commissioning, and system integration.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; manage contracts.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, implement mitigations, ensure safety and QA standards.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST and closeout with proper documentation.
• Financial Management: Monitor project financials, variances, and billing support.
