Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager who reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service. The role leads end-to-end delivery of building automation projects—from design and installation to commissioning and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS focus.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and HVAC control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to different construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST testing.
• Coordinate stakeholders, clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Manage project financials, change orders, forecasting, and billing support.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
