Job summary

Amteck in the United States is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover.

You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and oversee FAT/SAT/IST testing to ensure quality and on-time completion. Applicants should have 3–5+ years in PM for BMS/control systems, a relevant engineering degree, and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services.
• Strong BMS/control systems knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls engineering.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Manage risk, safety, and quality assurance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST tests and project handover.
• Monitor project finances, change orders, and billing support.
