Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will manage planning, technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, testing, and financials across multiple sites, with focus on BMS platforms and integration with HVAC, lighting, and other systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls) preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and BMS software; OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets.
• Technical Oversight: BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, integration.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Client, GC, engineers, subcontractors; contracts.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, mitigate, ensure safety and QA standards.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT/SAT/IST; complete documentation and handover.
• Financial Management: Manage costs, forecasting, change orders, billing.
