Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation system projects. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, while coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors to achieve on-time, on-budget handovers with full documentation.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management for BMS or similar building services, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and safety across all stages of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in building services/BMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in managing clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning; ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors; lead coordination meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST testing and project handover with documentation.
• Manage project financials including cost control and change orders.
