Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through handover. You will oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and testing while coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in BMS platforms and control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS certifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end BMS/EPMS projects from design to handover.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and change orders; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout activities.
