Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS knowledge, plus strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, HVAC, control logic, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning and integration with other systems.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors and vendors; lead meetings.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST, and manage project handover with complete documentation.
• Monitor project financials, including cost control and change orders.
