Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end building management system projects from design through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, and manage documentation, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project turnover to operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services, with BMS and control systems background.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and system integration techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical and fire systems.
• Act as primary contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project closeout, ensuring documentation is complete and handed over to operations.
• Monitor safety and quality, manage project risks and maintain compliance with codes.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting and change orders.
