Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building management and energy management system projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and compliant with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders; overseeing BMS integration with HVAC, lighting, and security; and leading FAT, SAT, IST and closeout activities with rigorous risk

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects.
• Strong background in design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, and commissioning of BMS/EPMS.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts and meetings.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to ensure quality and safety.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST testing and project handover.
