Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will plan scope, schedules, and budgets, oversee design, installation, and commissioning, and coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

You will manage FAT/SAT/IST testing, handover documentation, and project closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Travel to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with a focus on BMS/EPMS.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and project meetings; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, ensure safety and QA standards compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project handover with as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
