Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will plan, schedule, and control budgets while coordinating engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet scope, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing design reviews, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IST, and handover to operations; monitoring risks, and managing project financials and change orders. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in PM for construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Controls).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and manage resources for end-to-end BMS/EPMS projects.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes.
• Lead project closeout with documentation and operations handover.
• Manage project financials including change orders and billing.
