Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight, risk management, FAT/SAT/IST, and closeout activities. Strong PM and BMS knowledge are required, with travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in building services or construction with BMS/control systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Bachelor's in Engineering; certifications like PMP/BCIA are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
