Job summary

Amteck seeks a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through handover across data centers, facilities, and commercial sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships across diverse sites. Knowledge of BMS platforms and protocols is valued; travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Deep BMS knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certs preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: define scope, schedules, budgets, resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, integration, and FAT/SAT/IST.
• Coordinate stakeholders: clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Manage risk, safety, quality, and compliance with codes.
• Lead project closeout and handover documentation; support billing and payments.
• Manage project financials: cost control, forecasting, variation orders.
