Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. Reports to VP of Electrical Service.

You will coordinate design reviews, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IST, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years PM experience in building services or data centers, strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Metasys), and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services.
• Strong BMS and control systems background; data center experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and BMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning; ensure integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage vendor selection and change orders.
• Identify risks; ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and handover; ensure as-built drawings and operation manuals are completed.
• Oversee project financials: cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, and billing support.
