Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety.

You will coordinate design reviews, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IST, manage stakeholders and vendors, and control project financials, while aligning with Building Management System standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BMS-specific certifications advantageous.
• Experience leading building management system projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors; lead coordination meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project handover with documentation.
• Manage project financials, change orders, and billing.
