Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating stakeholders to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

You will drive FAT, SAT, and IST testing, ensure documentation completeness, and oversee project financials, billing, and change orders. Travel to site locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction or building services.
• Strong BMS knowledge and control systems experience.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with detailed schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FAT/SAT/IST tests and project handover documentation.
• Manage project financials, change orders, and billing support.
