Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• 3–5+ years in project management for building services or data centers.
• Experience leading BMS/EPMS design, installation, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors across sites.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; control costs and changes.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IST.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; document handover.
• Manage project communications and risk, maintaining quality standards.
