Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, and security, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will manage clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors, oversee risk and change control, FAT/SAT/IST tests, and project closeout, and mentor project

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Engineering degree; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various sites and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning and integration with other systems.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks; implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST; manage closeout; ensure handover to operations teams.
• Oversee project financials, change orders and billing support.
