Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and coordinating stakeholders across trades. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management within construction or building services
• Strong background in BMS/control systems and data-center environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; professional certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Identify risks and manage quality and safety compliance
• Lead FAT/SAT/IST testing and project closeout
• Monitor project financials including change orders and billing
