Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects—from design through installation, commissioning, and handover. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and safety and quality standards to ensure on-time completion.

You'll coordinate engineers, contractors, and vendors, run FAT/SAT/IST tests, and oversee documentation and operation manuals for handover to operations. Building codes and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services, with BMS/control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: define scope, objectives, deliverables and manage schedules and budgets.
• Technical Oversight: review BMS design, installation, commissioning and integration with systems.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Risk & Quality Management: identify risks and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Testing & Handover: lead FAT, SAT, IST and hand over documentation to operations.
• Financial Management: oversee costs, forecasts, margins, change orders and billing.
