Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building management system projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, and commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within construction or building services, strong knowledge of BMS platforms, and a mechanical/electrical/controls engineering background.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS focus.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with defined scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; lead meetings.
• Manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and handover with complete as-built docs for operations.
