Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors while maintaining schedule, budget, and safety standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM for building services with BMS experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex multi-system integrations. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS/EPMS focus.
• Experience with BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with defined scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, and controls.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors; lead coordination and meetings.
• Identify risks, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST testing and project handover with as-built docs and operation manuals.
• Monitor project financials, including change orders, forecasting, and billing support.
