Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM for BMS/controls, with a background in data centers or mission-critical facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, and willingness to travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS and controls.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong organizational and time management.
• Problem-solving, critical-thinking, adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites; proficiency in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, resources.
• Provide technical oversight of BMS design, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors; lead meetings.
• Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project closeout with documentation handover.
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
