Job summary

Amteck in the United States is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of building automation systems, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include defining scope, managing budgets, supervising FAT, SAT, and IST testing, ensuring safety and quality, and interfacing with HVAC, electrical, and control systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management in building services/BMS
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certs are advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and budgets; manage resources
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning and handover
• Coordinate clients, GC engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST testing and project closeout
• Manage change orders, risk, and quality assurance
• Travel to construction sites as needed
