The American Red Cross is seeking a sponsor and volunteer coordinator to support attraction, retention, and scheduling of blood drive sponsors within Madison County, Illinois and parts of Missouri. You will educate stakeholders and guide volunteers to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or communications, plus 1 year of related experience. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

• Knowledge of group dynamics and CRM techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support attraction, retention, and scheduling of blood drive sponsors.
• Educate stakeholders to maximize blood drive success.
• Provide guidance to volunteers.
• Execute territory plans to meet collection goals.
• Schedule education programs for sponsors and volunteers.
• Maintain records and data on sponsor group performance.
• Coordinate hand-offs between internal stakeholders at 12-week cycle.
• Ensure compliance with directives and procedures.
