Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements stated: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field; 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities; able to train and present effectively.
• Driver's license with good driving record and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support attraction, retention and scheduling of blood drive sponsors and feeder groups.
• Manage 12-week drive cycle and ensure sign-ups; facilitate smooth handoffs between stakeholders.
• Collaborate on territory plans to meet collection goals and improve efficiency.
• Provide admin support and high-level customer service to sponsor growth of the blood program.
• Schedule education programs for sponsor groups and volunteers; ensure directives and procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records for tracking sponsor group performance.
• Utilize tools and technology to boost customer service and productivity.
• Provide own transportation for business purposes.
