Job summary

The American Red Cross in Riverside, CA is seeking a results-driven professional to plan and execute blood drive programs, manage sponsor partnerships and lead volunteers toward ambitious collection goals. You will develop strategies, provide leadership to Blood Program Leaders, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with internal and external partners to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, and customer maintenance techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communications, including training and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with internal/external partners and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsor partnership programs to achieve collection goals.
• Identify strategies to attract and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts and maintain communication.
• Support blood drive calendar and scheduling with sponsors.
• Maintain records and track sponsor group performance.
• Ensure tools and technology provided are fit for purpose and identify improvements.
