Job summary

American Red Cross in the St. Louis area seeks a capable professional to support the attraction, retention, and scheduling of blood drive sponsors and feeder groups. You will educate stakeholders to maximize drive success and help reach monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.

You will provide guidance to volunteers, coordinate education programs, and maintain records to track sponsor performance, with travel as needed to support territory objectives and ensure excellent sponsor service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities while planning events are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attraction, retention and scheduling of blood drive sponsors and feeder groups.
• Educate stakeholders to maximize blood drive success and achieve collection goals.
• Provide guidance to volunteers and ensure quality hand-offs in drive management cycles.
• Maintain records and provide tracking data on sponsor group performance.
• Utilize provided tools and strategies to enhance customer service and productivity.
• Be willing to travel as needed for territory coverage.
