Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager for the Minneapolis area to drive the launch of its first commercial product. You will educate healthcare providers (HCPs), build trusted relationships, and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve sales goals.

The role requires strong selling skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech startup environment. Up to 60% travel within the territory; remote US operations supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals and maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: execute strategic call plans and present data-driven value.
• Build trusted relationships with providers, staff, and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support territory objectives.
