Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in the United States. You will translate national strategy into regional execution, building a high-performing team of territory managers and driving market uptake with urgency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop top talent.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field priorities.
• Manage a team of 8–12 territory managers to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and strategic accounts.
