Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a district/regional role.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into regional business plans and field priorities.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals, market share targets, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and company values.
