Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and goals.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity; adjust as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans with data-driven actions.
• Communicate clinical data and product value clearly to customers.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to access and pull-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives.
