Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted customer relationships and drive product adoption while achieving sales goals.

The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and passion for improving patient outcomes in hypertension. Remote-friendly biotech environment with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launches.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Build trusted relationships with HCPs, staff, and key decision-makers.
• Provide timely market intelligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
