Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on Mineralys’ product and drive adoption within the territory.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with launch priorities and sales objectives.
• Perform compliant product presentations and address customer questions with clarity and credibility.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation; analyze trends and adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer needs and launch initiatives.
