Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across an assigned US territory.

This remote, field-based role requires strong selling skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension-related diseases. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, launch experience, and excellent strategic planning abilities, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years pharma/biotech sales preferred.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales experience is preferred.
• Launch experience and proven sales success are advantageous.
• Strong clinical acumen and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and clinical data.
• Build trusted relationships and drive product adoption within the territory.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand goals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and programs.
