Job summary

Repligen is seeking an Account Manager to sell its expanding upstream and downstream processing solutions to new and existing customers across Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. This home-office role reports to the Regional Sales Director and requires a proven sales record in biopharma or life sciences.

You will drive territory plans, build strategic accounts, manage the pipeline, and negotiate with technical and procurement teams while traveling across the territory.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical or life sciences sales.
• Proven ability to build mutual, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan with the District/Sales Manager.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams.
• Maintain strategic and key account relationships.
• Develop new target accounts across the territory.
• Support customers through clinical pipeline stages from lab to process scale.
