Job summary

Repligen seeks an Account Manager to drive sales of upstream and downstream processing solutions across the Northeast from a home office. The role requires a proven sales record, strong territory management, and the ability to build durable customer relationships in the bioprocessing sector.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will develop territory plans, manage pipelines, and lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams while supporting marketing collateral and trade-show

Qualifications

• Proven successful sales track record.
• Strong ability to manage and grow key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and partners.
• Willing to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities directly with customers to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan with leadership.
• Advance Opportunity Pipeline using CRM to monitor progress.
• Lead sales negotiations with technical and procurement teams.
• Build and maintain strategic key account relationships.
• Prospect new target accounts in the Northeast region with the team.
• Support customers as they move from lab-scale to full process scale.
• Create and refine sales collateral to support pitches.
• Provide operations with forecasting data and issue resolution insights.
• Coordinate attendance and follow-up on trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with QA/QC for audits and manufacturing information.
