Repligen Corp is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of upstream and downstream processing solutions across New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. This role is home-office based, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, with opportunities to lead account strategy and build strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in a scientific field, 5+ years in biopharma or life sciences, and proven sales success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Proven successful sales track record and key account management experience.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across the territory.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute Territory Sales Plan in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams.
• Establish and maintain strategic/key account relationships.
• Develop target accounts in the territory and support field team activities.
• Support forecasting, audits, and quality/compliance information as needed.
• Attend trade shows and customer visits to advance the sales process.
