Repligen Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer 2 to deliver installations, maintenance, and repairs for bioprocessing systems at customer sites and Repligen facilities. You will diagnose issues, provide on-site and remote support, and train end users to operate equipment confidently.

Collaborating with Sales, Applications, and Product Management, you will document work, improve service procedures, mentor junior engineers, and identify opportunities for service contracts and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years in a scientific or field service role OR Master’s with 1–2 years of field service experience.
• Qualified to support 2–5 Repligen product lines.

Responsabilités

• Perform equipment installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repair at customer sites and Repligen facilities within the regional territory.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, and hardware issues; reinstall or configure if needed.
• Enhance the customer experience by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Product Management, and fellow Field Service Engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide timely post-visit reports.
• Conduct hands-on training for end users to ensure confident operation.
• Contribute to service procedure improvements and share best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
• Manage and update customer install base information in Repligen systems.
• Engage customers to uncover additional support or product opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, or additional equipment.
• Navigate internal resources and route customer feedback appropriately.
• Participate in testing and feedback for new products.
• Travel frequently (50% or more) to support customers in the territory.
