Job summary

Repligen Corp. is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to deliver high‑quality service for bioprocessing equipment. You will install, qualify, maintain, and repair systems at customer sites and Repligen facilities, and provide both remote and on‑site support to diagnose issues.

You will train end users, document activities, and work with cross‑functional teams to meet customer objectives. Willingness to travel 50%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a scientific or field service role.
• Qualified to support 2–5 Repligen product lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repair at customer sites and Repligen facilities.
• Provide remote and on‑site support to diagnose and resolve issues (mechanical, software, hardware).
• Train end users and document service activities thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Product Management, and fellow Field Service Engineers to resolve issues and align with customer goals.
• Travel frequently (at least 50%) to support customers in the territory.
