Repligen, based remotely in Toulouse, France, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, and repair bioprocessing systems across Europe. Travel to customer sites for installations, trainings, and troubleshooting is required, with close collaboration with Sales and Technical Support teams.

Responsibilities include FAT/SAT, on-site training, remote support, and documentation updates in CRM; GMP compliance is expected throughout service activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.
• Experience in Cleanrooms preferred and GMP/GLP exposure.
• Able to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Install, IQ/OQ/PQ, maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF and related systems.
• Perform FAT and SAT; deliver customer training on operation and software.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support; document activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance; contribute to SOPs and work instructions.
• Support demo and loaner systems, including verification testing and logistics.
