Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to deliver high‑quality technical support for bioprocessing equipment. You will install, qualify, maintain, and repair systems at customer sites and Repligen facilities, with extensive travel across the territory.

Expect hands‑on training, documentation, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams to meet customer goals. The role requires 2–5 years in field service or a Master’s degree with related Repligen experience, and the ability to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years in scientific or field service role.
• Master’s degree with 1–2 years of Repligen Field Service experience.
• Qualified to support 2–5 Repligen product lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repair at customer sites and Repligen facilities.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose and resolve issues including software/hardware.
• Conduct hands-on training for end users and mentor junior engineers.
• Document service activities and share post-visit reports with stakeholders.
• Help improve service procedures and share best practices.
• Update customer install base information in Repligen systems.
• Identify opportunities for new business, service contracts, or upgrades.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Product teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

Master’s degree with 1-2 years of Repligen Field Service experience

2-5 years of experience in scientific or field service role
