Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to deliver installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repair for bioprocessing systems across the regional territory. You will support customers remotely and on-site, document activities, and share technical solutions with teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in field service or a Master’s with related FS experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (or related field) is required.
• 2–5 years in scientific or field service roles; Master’s degree with 1–2 years of Repligen FS experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repair at customer sites and Repligen facilities.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose mechanical, software, and hardware issues.
• Document activities and provide timely post-visit reports to stakeholders.
