Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Application Specialist to ensure successful application, implementation, and support of Separation technologies (NFF, TFF, UF/DF) for customers in MD/VA and surrounding regions. You will translate process requirements into product recommendations and lead trials and training at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing in biotech/biopharma or CDMO environments.
• In-depth knowledge (1+ years) of TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, Viral Filtration & Clarification with scaling experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to document findings and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluations, assessments and consultations by translating process requirements into product recommendations.
• Design, coordinate and document customer onboarding plans and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with relevant functions.
• Provide insights for opportunity development and competitive positioning.
• Capture field feedback to influence portfolio enhancements.
• Train other Field Application Specialists and Sales on assigned technologies.
