Job summary

The Sartorius Separations Field Application Specialist will support our Separation technologies portfolio (NFF, TFF, UF/DF) through product expertise and technical field support across a broad customer base in the US. You will work with the sales team to position products, run demonstrations, and organize trials to illustrate real-world performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bioprocessing or MSAT, strong troubleshooting and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological engineering or life sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in bioprocessing, MSAT, or CDMO environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and field support abilities.
• Willingness to travel >50%.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with product demos, trials, and application studies.
• Lead trials and create reports for customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical field support and troubleshooting in customer sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality.
• Collect data to inform product improvements.
• Deliver basic product training to internal teams and dealers.
• Travel extensively to engage external customers.
