Job summary
Sartorius, a global life science leader, seeks a Field Application Specialist to drive successful application of the Separation technologies portfolio (NFF, TFF, UF/DF). You will support sales with product positioning, demonstrations, trials and training in Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding regions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing in biotech/biopharma or CDMO environments.
- Experience with TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, Viral Filtration and clarification processes.
- Willing to travel >50% and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Support evaluations and translate requirements into product/workflow recommendations.
- Design and coordinate customer onboarding plans; document outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide insights for portfolio enhancements and competitive positioning.
- Train Field Application Specialists and Sales staff on technologies.
- Prepare monthly territory activity reports.
