Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Application Specialist to help customers apply, implement and optimize separation technologies (NFF, TFF, UF/DF). You will work across the customer lifecycle, providing technical consultation, trials, and training in the Greater Boston region.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences/biotech背景 with 3+ years in process development or MSAT, and 1+ year hands-on with the listed filtration/clarification tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years in process development, MSAT or bioprocessing within biotech/pharma/CDMO environments or field roles.
• 1+ year hands-on with TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, viral filtration or clarification technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and application challenges in customer environments.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluations and technical consultations by translating requirements into product/workflow recommendations.
• Design, coordinate and document onboarding plans and outcomes from trials and trainings.
• Troubleshoot process and product performance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute technical insights during opportunity development and competitive positioning.
• Capture feedback and trends to influence portfolio enhancements.
