Job summary
Sartorius seeks a Separations Field Application Specialist to drive successful application and implementation of Separation technologies (NFF, TFF, UF/DF) across a US territory, with heavy travel. You will support sales with demonstrations, trials, and technical guidance, ensuring customer success from initial engagement through deployment.
The ideal candidate has a life sciences background, 3+ years in bioprocessing, and strong troubleshooting and training skills, ready to engage customers in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biological engineering or related life sciences; Masters preferred.
- 3+ years in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing or CDMO environments.
- Deep knowledge of separation technologies (TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF) and viral filtration.
- Ability to troubleshoot in customer environments and document findings.
Responsibilities
- Support sales with product presentations, demos, and application studies.
- Lead trials and report results for customers, sales, and internal teams.
- Provide technical field support and troubleshoot implementation problems.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Quality and other stakeholders.
- Train internal staff and conduct external customer workshops.
